These guys were recommended to me and they lived up to my high standards.

I'm fairly cynical of the garage servicing industry. With over 30 years of motoring experience, I've seen a fair share of cars not being respected and also shoddy (or unnecessary) repair jobs, so I always approach a potential new garage with trepidation.

One of our cars needed some troubleshooting on the brakes and rather than risk getting shafted by a Jaguar main dealer, I took a punt on Pritchards.

The service from Nicola and Jordan was perfect all of the way through....pleasant, polite, and they communicated well throughout the time the car was entrusted to them. The job was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price.

I'm a happy customer and now that our cars are both outside the warranty period, I'm glad I have found someone I can trust for future repairs.
