Meet Paul
Paul’s journey in the motor trade began in 1975 at a small garage in the Cotswolds. His apprenticeship there paved the way for a position at a Nissan main dealer, followed by several years as Workshop Controller at Cotswold BMW in Cheltenham. It was during this time that Paul developed his deep knowledge and passion for BMW vehicles. After nearly a decade at Cotswold, he decided to take a new direction and open his own garage, bringing his dealership experience to Gloucester as the owner of its first Bosch Car Service Centre specializing in BMWs. Jeremy began his career with the company in 2002 as a workshop apprentice. He completed his Level Three qualification in motor vehicle mechanics, fostering his father’s passion for BMWs. Over the years, Jeremy became increasingly involved in the day-to-day running of the business and now confidently serves as our Manager. In addition to overseeing the business, Jeremy is responsible for the ‘workshop control’ position, ensuring that every vehicle receives the highest quality service. His expertise and dedication play a vital role in maintaining our standards of excellence.

• Bosch Business excellence
• DVSA MOT testing licence class 4 & 7
• IMI Level 3 Electric  Hybrid Vehicles

Stephen first joined the company in 2014 as Vehicle Technician. He has over 24 years’ experience in the motor trade and is very knowledgeable about most makes and models, particularly BMWs and MINIs. He is a specialist in complex repair and diagnosis but also covers all repair and service roles within the workshop. Stephen is also our Mot manager and is working towards his Bosch Master technician qualification.

Jordan joined the company in 2018 as a vehicle apprentice technician. After successfully completing his NVQ Level 3 in light vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair, Jordan gained valuable experience working in the front-of-house team, where he quickly excelled. His confidence and dedication in that role showed that his true place was in customer service. Since 2022, Jordan has been a key member of our front-of-house team, bringing extensive experience and a passion for going above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

George joined us in 2021 as a workshop apprentice. Having successfully completed his NVQ Level 3, George is committed to ongoing career progression and personal development, continually expanding his skills and expertise in the workshop.

We are pleased to introduce Charlie, our aspiring Workshop Technician who joined us in 2023 as an apprentice. Currently working towards his NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Servicing, Maintenance & Repair, Charlie is committed to developing his skills and expertise. His dedication to learning and quality service ensures your vehicle is in experienced hands.

Nicola has been our dedicated bookkeeper since 2012, ensuring all financial matters are managed accurately and efficiently. Her expertise and reliability are essential to the smooth operation of our business.

Toby joined the business in 2022 and has quickly become an integral part of the team, demonstrating outstanding levels of quality and efficiency. He handles the majority of MOTs in the business, showcasing his competence and attention to detail. Additionally, Toby exhibits strong skills across all areas of vehicle servicing and repair, consistently delivering excellent results and reliability.

Libby joined our team in April 2025. Although she is new to the motor trade, she brings over three years of valuable experience in customer service. In the short time she has been with us, Libby has shown remarkable progression, and it feels as though she has been part of the team for years. We are all very excited to see her grow and develop her career with us.

Mike joined our team in March 2025 as an experienced motor vehicle technician to support the continued growth of our expanding business. With over 15 years of industry experience, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to our team. He is renowned for his exceptional attention to detail, cleanliness, and dedication to quality workmanship. Mike takes pride in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring that each job is completed to the highest standards. His experience and commitment make him an invaluable part of our team, and he’s always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
