Above and beyond

With only a few days to our long-awaited holiday, my Audi developed an electrical problem. I really thought we would be unable to go as all other frantic calls to garages were fruitless. No one cared. I stumbled across Pritchards and Jeremy said he was inundated with work but would take a quick look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and went out of his way to get it fitted in time. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful to him as we had a great well-needed break away.
